  7. good luck lorraine! ugh im starting a diet too but i totally have to work out. im like 5'7" and almost 140. i blame my boyfriend he made me so fat lol. i was 120 when i met him.

  8. You're crazy! I weigh 108lbs and I'm 5'8 and I don't like it! Everyone stares at me and makes comments about how I need to eat and how skinny I am. And I don't even try to lose weight or eat healty =/ 120lbs is perfect. Thats my goal! haha

  13. I am going to try and loose some weight too now. I have had
    porridge made off water in stead of milk (sound yakky haaha) for breakfast and a rough roll for launch with water! Can u tell us about what u do to loose weight, more like what fruits and so on! :-D

  15. Focus on losing inches, not pounds, or just focus on toning/firming up remember, muscle weighs more then fat. It feels good to know that you physically strong. Also, visit http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm to even see if 11olbs is a healthy weight for you.

  16. Good luck Lorraine! I'm 5'7 and my goal weight is 110 too! I was down to about 113 not too long ago but went back to my old habits of eating lots of junk food. So now I'm back to like, 120. Anyways, let us know how you do! :)
    P.S , I totally agree with the no working out thing, I for one am way too lazy for that lol!
